Stakeholders; which include Hooker Co. Board of Commissioners, Hooker Co. Agricultural Society, Mullen Commercial Club and Sharptail Shootout, Hooker Co. Community Foundation, Mullen Area Community Foundation, and Hooker Co. Lodging Tax Committee; as well as friends, residents, and businesses of Mullen have worked countless hours and donated funds to provide a high quality Community Center for the use of Hooker County and Sandhills area citizens. It is our mission that this facility exhibit heartfelt pride and give honor to the generous donors and good will contributions made to enhance the quality of life in the Hooker County area.
